The Baptist Convention of PA/SJ is a network of 395 churches seeking to live out the gospel among a population of over 15 million people.  We are located in one of the most diverse areas of our nation.  Our convention is partitioned into 3 regions which consists of 8 baptist associations.  The Southwest, Northwest, and Conemaugh Valley Associations are located in the Western Region.  The Northeast, Keystone, and South Central Associations are located in the Central Region.   The Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey Associations are located within the Eastern Region. 

Our regional alignment allows us to function as a network.  Our associations strategize together on how they can be most effective in reaching their region for Jesus Christ.

The BCPSJ Mission Team has set forth an "aggressive" goal of seeking to start 100 churches each year through this cooperative and unique effort.  11 million people within our convention boundaries do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that many of these can be reached as we cooperate and network together as a team.
