What's in them?

The trailers are slightly different, but each contains all the resources you will need in order to throw a fun and successful block party.  Included are all the necessary supplies for salty, delicious popcorn: a popcorn machine, popcorn and oil packets, and bags.  Each also includes a sno-cone machine with three popular flavors: blue raspberry, cherry and grape. There is an inflatable bounce room.  Each trailer also has a spin-art paint machine, extension cords, and various other materials.

What does it cost?

Each association will have it's own rules and regulations concerning the fees for trailer rental.  There is oftentimes both a security deposit and a fee for rental.  In general, it is much cheaper than renting the trailers and/or party supplies from a private company. 

 

How do I rent a block party trailer?

The trailers are distributed among the associations throughout the state of Pennsylvania.  To reserve a trailer, contact your association or the association nearest you.  Please allow plenty of advanced notice to reserve your trailer; oftentimes they rent several weeks or months in advance, especially in the summer!!
