Developing BelieversThe role of the Developing Believers Team is to build strong disciple-making Christians who impact their spheres of influence through personal evangelism and discipleship. Our training sessions give church leaders the tools they need to better serve their church and community. We offer training in the following areas:  Worship
We assist churches in seeing the important role of the arts and technology in enhancing the worship experience. A stronger, Christ-centered worship ministry is the ultimate goal. Pastoral
The Developing Believers Team works to equip pastors by providing ongoing training and other resources. We assist pastors in conflict resolution. We also assist churches with the pastoral search process. Revitalization
We help churches to improve interpersonal relationships within the congregation by offering training such as peacemaking and re-visioning, to name a few. Developing Believers exists to strengthen, restore order and bring unity to the body of Christ. Family
We help churches to begin or improve existing Family Ministry. We teach churches how to meet the growing needs of families while recognizing new family dynamics such as single parents and grandparents raising grandchildren. God's plan for families is the foundation for all instruction. Discipleship
Developing Believers is bound by Christ's command for us to reach the lost. We offer training to equip believers become devoted followers of Christ who are bound by His command to reach the lost. Lifeway
LifeWay is the Christian resource and publishing entity of the Southern Baptist Convention.
