1:30 p.m. – Annual Meeting Begins; First Session – Business Meeting Begins; Bible Study by Fred Wolfe; Special Music; President’s Address by K. Marshall Williams, pastor of Nazarene Baptist Church

6:45 p.m. – Annual Meeting – Second Session;  Bible Study by Fred Wolfe; Special Music; State Convention Report from Dr. David Waltz, Executive Director/Treasurer, BCPSJ

Reception following second session.

Friday

9:00 a.m. – Annual Meeting – Third Session; Business Meeting continues including election of officers; Bible Study by Jeff Iorg; Executive Board Report (includes adoption of 2009 Budget and discussion of constitution change concerning number of messengers allowed per church); Convention Sermon from Larry Hutcherson, pastor of Inner City Ministries, Pittsburgh, PA

12:30 p.m. – Luncheon

1:15 p.m. – Annual Meeting – Fourth Session; Bible Study by Jeff Iorg; Charge & Prayer for 2008 Convention Officers; Message from Geoff Hammond, President, North American Mission Board

Missions Celebration follows and continues until Saturday noon
