All funded BCPSJ church planters are required to attend Basic Training 1 within six months of beginning their work. Spouses are required to attend.
Basic Training 2
Basic training 2 will be offered before the end of the second year of the church plant.
Church Planting Summit
An annual event held each fall.
Developing & Managing People
Previously called Supervision Training, this training will provide answers to questions like, "Do you have what it takes to lead others?" or "How do you lead with Christ-like competence?" and will provide you with the skills to be more effective in managing and leading others. Discover the participatory style of management used by Jesus and the management tool of covenants.
Mentor Training
All funded BCPSJ church planters are expected to have a “mentor” for the first three years of the church plant. This training transitions church planters into church planter mentors.
